Through world-class instruction and hands-on training, we’ll prepare you to join the next generation of influencers in the fields of culinary arts, professional baking, and hospitality management.

All Hospitality programs are offered in the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute, Red River College’s world-class culinary and hospitality training facility located in the heart of Winnipeg’s Exchange District. In addition to the academic programs offered, the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute features Jane’s, a student-run urban upscale restaurant, and the Culinary Exchange, a public cafeteria offering food prepared by students.
