Gifts-in-kind provide important learning resources to students that may be otherwise unavailable. These donations also help RRC reduce the cost of purchasing teaching aids and other supplies.

Gifts-in-kind may include property, equipment, works of art, books and literary collections, or business inventory. They also include a right of any kind, a license, or a share. A charitable tax receipt will be provided for the assessed value of the donation.

Examples of gifts-in-kind received by the College in the past include:

• new and used vehicles
• electronic parts and equipment
• tools and supplies for all programs
• trees and plants for the campus grounds
• specialty books and other learning resources

The College appreciates all offers of gifts-in-kind, but only those contributions with an immediate or identified use can be accepted. Donors are strongly encouraged to contact Red River College before arranging for the delivery of any gifts-in-kind.
