Michele Sykes - Instructor: Medical Laboratory Sciences Program

Working at Red River College means that I am given the support with continuing education opportunities so that I can grow in my profession.  Working at the college means I have the opportunity to undertake research and contribute to the profession.  Working at the college means that every year there is a new arrival of diverse students from all ages, races, and backgrounds.  Working at the college means I have the opportunity to learn from my peers and students because their life experiences are so different from mine which allows me to grow as a person.  In essence, Red River College is about the opportunity for knowledge, and knowledge should be shared between all individuals in order for our communities to thrive and grow.
