As a result of Red River College’s People Plan, a number of projects have been undertaken to position the College as an employer of choice through exceptional people practices in an environment of respect, trust and recognition.
Several initiatives designed to improve the workplace and realign key HR activities have been fully implemented and many others are ongoing. An update on the People Plan’s progress is provided in the links below.
Metrics, including the results of monthly employee surveys, are used to assess the success of the various People Plan activities in creating an outstanding workplace that staff are proud to be part of.
