The annual Red River College Directions Business and Applied Arts Conference was a huge success again in 2009. Over 450 Students, Business Delegates and RRC faculty attend the conference each year. Thanks to all of the sponsors, volunteers and attendees that made this a great day. We are looking forward to the 2010 conference and hope to see you there.
The Business Conference is a premiere event for the Business and Applied Arts Division of Red River College designed to allow students to network with Manitoba’s business community. It also promotes Red River College’s students as future employees for the attending business delegates.
We will be holding a Roundtable Event the afternoon of the Conference. Six to eight students will sit at tables with RRC graduates and business representatives to discuss the representatives’ career paths and the students’ employment opportunities. As well, some general mentoring for students will complement the discussion. The Roundtable Event will be a great opportunity for Red River graduates to reciprocate.
