Exam Accommodations are individualized and determined according to the nature of the student’s disability. Accommodations include, but are not limited to, individual or small group testing, extended time, oral exams, scribes, or the use of special or adaptive equipment to assist in test/exam taking.

In order to receive exam accommodations, students must connect with a counsellor with Counselling and Accessibility Services. The counsellor will review the documentation verifying the student’s disability and in consultation with the student, recommend accommodations. Accommodations are made judiciously, and in accordance with documentation.
